Techwise, they're similar. My brother got the PS3 version simply because 1) there were more people playing it on Playstations (which is understandable since Demon's Souls was only on the PS3) and 2) If we had got it for the , we would have had to get gold membership, and we didn't want to shell out for that just for Dark Souls.
